1. You Own or Have Rights to the Photo
By uploading your photo, you confirm that you either own the image or have permission from the copyright owner to reproduce and print it.
Please do not upload any images that are copyrighted, offensive, or infringe on someone else’s rights. We reserve the right to cancel any order that violates these guidelines.
2. Image Quality
The quality of your canvas depends on the image you provide.
Please upload a high-resolution photo for best results.
We do our best to catch low-quality images, but the customer is responsible for providing a clear, printable file.
Minor variations in color or brightness may occur due to screen and print differences.
3. Our 100% Guarantee

If your canvas arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, we’ll replace it free of charge or issue a full refund — guaranteed.
To request a replacement or refund, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the issue.
Our guarantee does not cover issues caused by low-resolution or incorrect uploads.
